CONTACT is a choose-your-own-adventure game demo designed entirely in Adobe XD. I designed CONTACT for my visual design class at NYU; during the project, I wanted to explore designing game UI rather than designing the whole game itself.
CONTACT has you on the other end of a radio communicating with a military private named Keelan Ward, who seems to be stranded in the middle of a foreign jungle (a jungle that is heavily hinted to be a twisted version of Shangri-La).
In order to convey these plot points, I made intentional choices with the static background image, the font choice, and the UI element of the radio dial at the top. I also used certain font colors to indicate different character dialogue.
The game demo is designed entirely in Adobe XD with transitions and button interactions.
